The Person Behind the Code

Anthony Merino

Founder & Lead Developer, 303Devs

My first career was in operations and general management — fifteen years of running teams, solving problems under pressure, and keeping clients happy when things went sideways. The obsession with technology that started with my family's first computer in 1989 never went away.

In 2020, I enrolled in Hack Reactor, one of the most intensive full-stack bootcamps available, and completed the transition to software engineer.

That background is the foundation, not a footnote. I understand business problems because I've managed them at scale — and I know what it means to ship under pressure and be accountable for outcomes. Currently deepening expertise in Statistics and Data Science at CU Boulder, with a focus on machine learning, because AI and real-world software are converging fast.

What I Build

Full-spectrum development

From the first line of code to production infrastructure — one person, full accountability, no agency overhead.

Full-Stack Web

React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript — clean, maintainable code architected to scale from day one.

Mobile Development

Cross-platform React Native apps for iOS and Android. One codebase, native feel.

AI Integration

LLM-powered features, custom agents, and data pipelines that add real product value — not just demos.

SaaS Architecture

Subscription systems, multi-tenancy, and infrastructure designed to grow with your business.

How I Work

A Process Built Around Clarity

Most projects fail because of miscommunication, not bad code. Every step here is designed to keep you informed, in control, and confident in what is being built.

01

Discovery

I start with a conversation — not a contract. What problem are you solving, and what does success actually look like?

02

Define

Scope, priorities, and constraints get locked in before anything moves forward. No ambiguity at this stage means no surprises later.

03

Design

Mockups, user flows, and architecture diagrams — you see exactly what you are getting before a line of production code is written.

04

Build

Iterative development with regular demos. Your feedback shapes the build in real time — no disappearing for weeks.

05

Refine

Edge cases, polish, performance. This is where the gap between "it works" and "it is ready" gets closed.

06

Launch & Support

I handle deployment, monitor for issues, and stay available for bug fixes and small improvements in the weeks after launch.
